BEEF PROCESSING
We age beef carcasses for a minimum of 12 days in our cooler prior to further processing for your custom order. Customers can choose from whole, 1/2 or 1/4 beef based on the agreement with the producer or Simon Meat Locker. Once you have received confirmation - complete the form below to finish your order. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up. Orders need to be picked up within 7 days of notification - or subject to $25/day late fee.
PORK PROCESSING
Customers can choose from whole or 1/2 pork based on the agreement with the producer or Simon Meat Locker. Once you have received confirmation - complete the form below to finish your order. Any CURED and SMOKED products will be labeled "Custom Not For Sale" until further notice.
